Guest General Policies

Conduct Rules. Our goal is to provide an amazing and fun time for your enjoyment. However, safety and following the law is our number ONE PRIORITY.

Expectations and rules.

Bert and Ernie’s Bike Captain will enforce all trip policies and his/her instructions and directions must be followed.
Any unwillingness to follow the policies or a Bike Captain’s directions will not be tolerated and may result in terminating a ride for an individual or a group reservation.
If you arrive intoxicated or drug impaired your trip (may/will) be refused without a refund.
All riders must always be seated with seat belts on.
It is the responsibility of the person who booked the reservation (for a group) to assist the Bike Captain to ensure safe and appropriate behavior of all guests.

Inappropriate Behavior Termination

Inappropriate behavior by any participant or group reservation will result in trip termination.
If a trip is terminated for inappropriate behavior, a refund will not be given, and the terminated rider will incur a $100 termination penalty fee.
A trip may be terminated by a Bike Captain. Reasons for termination include, but are not limited to, the following behaviors:
- Being physically or verbally abusive or disrespectful
- Excessive intoxication
- Removing open containers of alcohol from the pedal pub bike to the street
- Providing alcohol to anyone under the age of 21 on the bike or the street.
- Bringing glass or hard liquor on the ride.
- Jumping off the vehicle while it is motion or stopped in traffic.
- Using vulgar language.
- Standing or hanging off the bike.
- Any other inappropriate behavior or violation of local, state, and federal laws

We want you to enjoy your time and have fun, but remember, the Bike Captain is in charge and any disrespect or unwillingness to obey the rules will not be allowed.
